Settings section provides options for adding and configuring ORNMS properties like creating and modifying Regions, Locations, Facilities, and users. Apart from creating new values user can also make SNMP related configuration changes like when a SNMP configuration is changed in the device or when a new device has to discovered which does not have the default SNMP read and write community, user can configure for the IP address for which the values has to be modified. Settings section has the below components.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. Dashboard
2. Discovery
3. Topology
4. Configuration
5. Events
6. Settings

Region

Regions are the root element in the topology tree structure and all the child elements like locations will be found under Regions. User can create a new Region, Modify or Delete a region. While deleting user has to make sure the all the locations under the region has to be deleted first before deleting the region.

City

Cities are the logical grouping of the elements found under Region. Multiple Cities can be created under a single Region.

Location

Locations are the logical grouping of the elements found under Cities . Multiple Locations can be created under a single City

Facility

Facilities are the logical grouping of elements found under Locations. This group is the main group where all the discovered radios are listed.

Users

Users section allows in creation of new User and assigning roles to the users while creating or updating. Currently ORNMS supports 2 roles - Admin and Read only

Admin Role

All the users created, and the role of admin is assigned will act as admin and can make the configuration changes to the ORNMS like creating or updating of the ORNMS properties

Read Only Role

Read-only role restricts the users with the role to only view the ORNMS content and cannot make any changes to the properties.

SNMP Config

SNMP Config section allows in modifying the SNMP Configuration of the ORNMS. As ORNMS collects and manages devices using SNMP protocol it is necessary to have the same configuration available in both the radio and ORNMS. ORNMS uses default configuration of "public" as read community and "private" as write community for the devices to be discovered. If a particular radio with different community settings needs to be discovered, user can provide either separate SNMP configuration for single device or a group of devices by providing single IP address of the device or range of IP address when a group of devices containing the same configuration.

If a SNMP configuration of a particular radio has been modified after the discovery user can provide the IP address and new SNMP configuration of the device and update the changes.

ORNMS Notifications

ORNMS Notifications allows to make users aware of the event generated.  A particular notification can be sent to users or groups. A delay can be introduced before sending a notification, and if the issue is not resolved one or more escalations can be added.

For accessing Notifications Navigate to Settings > Notifications Config.

Configuring Notifications

The following steps must be followed of configuring Notifications
